Shelley took a drink from her hot-pink aluminum water bottle and then frowned at it. This was day three of her green tea flush, and frankly, she was over the taste. "Good god, I've got to piss like mule horse!" she exclaimed, but didn't move to do anything about it. Instead she closed her eyes and went to a zen place.
"I will master my bladder, it will not master me. Oommmmmm. I will master my bladder, it will not master me. Oommmmmmm." She repeated this mantra over and over.
Someone really needed to stop shopping in the discount self-help section.
