After locating a good, promising belt and another article of leather clothing that didn't seem that it had much of a chance of being sold to anyone else, Alexander busied himself at the counter with a pair of strong scissors and a sewing kit. He'd spoken with Maladicta ages ago about making her a good pouch to keep a spare change of clothes in and, considering how much his own wardrobe had been dwindling, he decided it was well overdue that he got to working on it.

Besides, having something to do today just helped keep his mind off of the fact that there were probably plenty more creepy cat statues lurking in the store.
