"Let me guess," Apu held up a hand as soon as Shunsui came in, before he could say anything. "It is Wednesday, and so we must celebrate by drinking like immoral degenerates all day, yes?"
"No ♥!" Shunsui called out, grinning broadly. "Well, yes, but there is something else, as well ♥! It's December ♥! We can start putting up mistletoe ♥!"
Apu's palm met his face, and he mumbled a few unsavory things in Hindu before deciding to just rid himself of his boss for most of the day by sweeping in the aisles furthest away from the liquor and always, always keeping his eyes to the ceiling.
