Today, Alex was idly tapping away on her laptop, lots of thoughts swirling through her head. Like: should she try teaching again? She missed the classroom, oddly, though not half so much as she missed court.
One of these days, she was going to don a brown wig and try to get a job in some law office in DC. For now, she'd settle for opening her law office here and hoping a client might come in, today.
