Tara had enjoyed walking to work in the light, drifting mist of snow.
It was only when she unlocked the shop and noticed the "snow" on her jacket wasn't melting that she tasted some and figured out it was powdered sugar.
She knew the shop floor was going to be all sticky by the end of the day from people tracking sugar in. But at least it looked pretty. She brushed the sugar stuck to her into a trash can and went about her day.
[OOC: Open shop, OCD is out making a sugar angel.]

Taking a cue from the weird weather, she'd stopped at J,GoB and picked up a couple of chocolate lava cakes to go with the spaghetti and meatballs she'd brought for lunch today.
"If everyone's not bouncing off the walls by sundown, I'm gonna be amazed," she announced.

She might be bouncing off the walls by sundown.
"If it starts snowing actual snow, or warms up enough to rain later?" She grinned. "Things are gonna get sticky."

Mischievously-- maybe a little too mischievously-- she went on, "And here I was gonna offer to help you with the cleanup, but if it's grossing you out..."

It was maybe possible she was not actually as shocked as she pretended to be.

"Well, I can't help it if you're just that cute when you blush," she countered. "You do realize every time you get shocked and blushy about it, it does the opposite of discourage me, right?"
...yes, this was all part of her cunning plan. Or something.

"Nah," she decided. "Sorry; I think my attention span's a little shot to hell from the sugar. Though I don't mind if you think it's flattering, since that's been one of my favorite pastimes since I met you."

That would never, ever, happen, and Tara wouldn't have said it if she'd thought Kennedy would believe it at all.

She thought about it some more. "Oh! What about those wee miniature trampolines?"
Because Kate and Sookie would love if Bobby had one.

"Best idea ever," she said gleefully as she dished out the spaghetti. "I have a total freaking genius for a girlfriend."

"We're going to get in so much trouble," she said, as she cut into a meatball. "But it'll be worth it."

"Especially," she said with a grin, "if we get to play with it sometimes. Win all around."
