The sorority girls were under orders to meet at the spa today, and as soon as they'd all gotten in they were ushered to a back room to change into robes if they wanted. Once they were so attired, Quinn and Emma started to talk.

"Welcome to the best business on the island," Quinn announced. "Counting Caritas. Of course true beauty is inner, but every so often you need a nice manicure or some highlights or a massage to help you remind your inner beauty to shine. We've rented the salon for the next few hours, and you'll be able to sample a full array of options. If you aren't sure what to do, ask us."

They'd have opinions. Oh, so many opinions.

"You'd be surprised how much confidence a new haircut can give you right before a big interview," Emma agreed. "We know we're smart and that outside beauty doesn't reflect inside awesome," unless you were Emma, who was simply perfect both ways, "and vice versa, but a little bit of pampering can go a long way towards making you feel good about yourself."

"There's also some great health benefits to things like massages and facials, so don't dismiss them lightly."

Chill out, relax, look pretty, and otherwise get your spa on.

If you need new highlights, bright red nails, or anything else.

Quinn's hair actually looked pretty decent, but she was letting the stylist trim off some split ends and give her a proper blow-out and hot oil treatment.

She was pleased by the progress.

While Caroline's hair wasn't in need, she wouldn't turn down a professional blow out. Or the fresh paint gleaming on her nails. These sorostitutes earned an A+ in timing from her.

The last stop - manicure!

"What color should I do for my nails?" Emma called to the other girls. "Classic red, pink, or something else?"

Manicures were nice and all and Ariel certainly had a lot of hair to be styled, but what she was really looking forward to was a pedicure!

Ohmygosh, it was just divine. Ariel could die right there and be happy, but, of course, she wouldn't, no way.

For hanging out in just a towel. Mmmm.

Karla could have kissed Emma and Quinn for planning this today. A perfect choice all the way around. She had initially balked at vanishing her Sapphire, but the attendant pointed out that she didn't want any metal on her in the sauna. A few minutes later, her muscles forcibly relaxing in the heat, Karla had to agree that it was worth it--for a few minutes at least.

Get all the tension rubbed away.

There was no doubt that Karla was in some serious need of pampering and spa-time. The knots that Warren had managed to work out Thursday had pretty much all been reknotted by the time Saturday rolled around. Her stint in the sauna had helped some, but the masseuse was still complaining about the mess her back was in.

His suggestion? Be less stressed and carry her tension better. Karla could have laughed.

Emma had ~~handwavily~~ hit the sauna for a moments before turning herself over for a massage to take out all the leftover tension from the last few weeks. Next up? Facial, then a trim and blow-out and a mani/pedi. She'd stay longer if she needed to and compensate the workers generously for their time.

But for now? Massage. Emma was simply going to melt right here on the table while her masseuse got to work.

Ellie was a big fan of the spa and all that it had to offer, but it a massage she was most looking forward to. That was, in her opinion, the best cure for tension and stress.

If anyone bothered Emma in the middle of a facial, she'd kill them and dump the body. Simple as that.

But any other time, of course, she was happy to chat.

Once Quinn was happy with her hair, she took a seat in a lounge and thumbed through an issue of InStyle.

She wanted Jennifer Garner's house.

Who is a natural beauty!

Oh, the narrative was much to kind!

Jane, however, was ~~proud of herself for not missing this this week~~ beaming at the girls and thinking this was such a wonderful idea, and hoped they wouldn't mind if she loosened her laces a little to indulge a bit herself.

Now I want to go to a spa.
