The Perk; Friday Afternoon [ 02/04 ].
Though these were activities that could have been very easily held inside her apartment, Jane felt like getting out a bit more than that and getting some fresh air on the way to the Perk. Besides, how could she hope to come across more wildlife stuffed inside an apartment? She couldn't, and so there she was, settling down at a table with a lovely cup of tea and some writing materials to start fashioning a letter back home to bring her father up to date on everything so far.
It was impressive, really, how quickly a simple letter was building up into a near novella, Jane's pen a flurry as she just kept writing and writing and writing. It was a good thing that Professor Archimedes Q. Porter was quite fond of reading.
