See, the problem with being a time demon with nothing but a large span of time both ahead and behind him was that time, as a present sort of thing, tended to get away with you. Chrono knew that he hadn't been in for the past couple of weeks, but it certainly didn't feel like a couple of weeks had even gone by. He tried not to think about it; he'd had all of eternity to figure it out and failed to do so, and he's have all of eternity to keep trying to figure it out, and....

Much easier, he felt, to just show up, polish glasses behind the bar, and not even think about it. It was probably pointless. And, if not, time would tell.

The Devil's Nest is open...and timely.
