Even though she knew that the heat was working, Mary couldn't help shivering behind the front desk. She'd put on a sweater, then a jacket on top of that, but she still felt cold. However, she was drawing the line at putting on any of the wool hats that Gunther kept bringing from outside. He'd swapped his own chef's hat for a reddish orange-yellow hat with ear-flaps and a large pompom on top. It looked very silly on him.
