Tyrion didn't have anything approaching proof of his age. He tended to be confused every time such a thing was requested.

He did, however, have more than enough money for the cover charge, and a good imperious glare that convinced Tiny to serve him. He took a seat at the bar with a book, curious about the so-called royalty who'd been invited to the island.
