After a week of vacation, Bod was back and feeling better than he had in awhile. A week spent with your girlfriend, doing a whole lot of nothing and celebrating a major anniversary would do that to a guy. He caught up with the cooking staff and actually gave them all a souvenir he'd gotten them from Kansas before heading out to the front of the diner to get things set up to open.
