The maple syrup fountain (http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2379/2248593808_0f32a97d89_o.jpg) was surrounded by bite-sized food on sticks, like Canadian bacon, timbits, and waffles. More daring eaters could grab a sample of poutine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poutine) and wash it down with some fizzy Vernors ginger ale (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vernors)!
