Art Gallery, Monday Evening
The so called 'art' that filled the gallery made very little sense to the one dubbed Myria LeJean. In the same way it wouldn't make much sense to a twig. Although a twig would be slightly less pointedly disinterested.
On account of having no higher cognitive functions.
She tilted her head, finding that the body preferred this gesture when looking at the paintings they had placed on the walls. Though it didn't help figure out a half a figgin* of the appeal.
*A whole figgin being far too much.

Speak with the Proprietress
Re: Speak with the Proprietress
Between needing a break from working on his building's bunker and having a recently developed appreciation for art (or at least how much it might be worth on the black market, thank you, Gryph), Zayne decided to stop in and see what was happening. And possibly say hi to anyone it was happening to.
"Hi," Zayne said when he spotted the proprietress. "Would you be the new owner?"
Re: Speak with the Proprietress
"Myria LeJean," she supplied without any intonation.
Re: Speak with the Proprietress
Which was something Zayne knew something about, what with his restaurant that was just a spaceship that landed on the lot.
Re: Speak with the Proprietress
"Hanging paintings on walls is not terribly difficult."
Re: Speak with the Proprietress
More dwarves for one thing.
Re: Speak with the Proprietress
She looked at the walls as though the atoms would confirm this. Nothing so far. Ugh, this body. "I wouldn't know. Obviously."
Wasn't she just a peach?

"This is common here?" It would be cleaned up soon enough at least.

"A town this size? It's bound to happen soon enough," Zayne said. "I'll see you then."
And then he walked off to finish checking out the space, feeling kind of good that he helped make someone feel welcome. And maybe a little better prepared for some town weirdness.
