When things had started to return to normal back on Fandom, Bod had thought he'd be able to, once again, get in contact with Kate. But that had turned out to be untrue. He was still unable to get in contact with her and he'd been worried to the point of making himself sick for the last week. The only reason he hadn't yet gone to Kansas was because he didn't want to worry her family for any reason. He was there at work, trying to use it as a distraction but it wasn't doing much good.
