Tara heard Natalie say something about being late for work while she was drying her hair, but her roommate was gone before she could ask what kind of job she had. Huh. Anyhow, Tara didn't think about it too much before she got to her own job and set to work unpacking a large load of herbs.
She was irritated by it. No, literally: One of the powders was leaking and giving her a mild purple rash on her hands.
She should really start wearing gloves.
