Cafe Luke's, Wednesday

Lion-o was confused. He'd gone through half the day thinking it was the beginning of March, only to realize at lunchtime that it was still February. They didn't have leap years on the other planets he had lived on, so this was a tough concept for him to grasp. The fact that the guys in the kitchen were snickering behind his back wasn't helping.

True story. I knew a couple who thought they got married on March 1, except they were in such a rush to get hitched that they forgot it was a leap year and showed up at the courthouse on February 29.
