Tara spent much of her workday absorbed in a spellbook that had come in as part of a shipment of antique books. The magic content of the book was totally normal from what she could tell, but it was rare to find an old book written by a witch with a sense of humor. She'd have to share the passage about Haxil beasts and pregnancy cravings with some of the Wiccans she knew online.

The shop was open, and Tara would unpack the rest of the books anytime now.
