Susan wasn't overly bothered by anything she'd heard at the meeting. If anything, she was surprised nothing like this had ever happened before. Then again, she'd spent most of her life accidentally hiding how abnormal she really was- and still did, for the most part- so perhaps she was biased. Or maybe it was just easier for her than it was for most people.

She did have Opinions on the uniforms, though. Opinions which should probably not be voiced in polite company. She'd deal with those tomorrow. Maybe by gouging out her eyes before getting dressed.

Of course, the temporary name change to the Devil's Nest while this was going on was something that would probably have to be explained to the boss who just so happened to be asleep during the day. And the DJ, who had begun work with a theme in mind, had been Spoken To and was now playing completely harmless bubble gum pop.

The Devi- Uh.

Salutations was open!

Well, it's not like Susan can be more strict regarding hand stamping than she usually is.

"Why the fuck is my club called Salutations?"

Hello to you too, Eric.

"Good evening to you too. It'd do you well to at least save the bad language till you've heard an explanation," said Susan, nonplussed. "We're being invaded by the school board and a benefactor. The entire town is being forced into playing normal, and 'The Devil's Nest' isn't exactly family friendly."

Eric made a face. "Because I don't want families in here."

But he was a businessman and this was far from the first time he'd had to pretend to be something he wasn't. "How long will these people be here?"

"The benefactor is coming into town tomorrow. I haven't heard anything about an end date, but I'm sure it won't be long as long as everything goes well."

Though this being Fandom, Susan would not put bets on anything going well.

Eric sighed--a clear affectation for someone who didn't breathe. "Tiny!" he called. "Wear a shirt with sleeves from now on!"

"Can I make a request that that be permanent?" said Susan.

No specific reason. She just didn't like it.

"You might have to Jello wrestle Bo for that," Eric warned.

"No," said Susan.

"In a family friendly way?"

"Not even if such a thing were possible."

Where your odds of getting underage alcohol just decreased even more.

There is no Marilyn Manson, but there is plenty of Top 40 hits!
