Well, it was April's first shift here, and so far she was hoping that the zombie band would constitute the bulk of the weirdness she had to deal with tonight. Because she really, really liked the zombies -- and, in fact, was making friends with them -- and was not really a huge fan of chipper colorful ponies.

April might have to learn to live with disappointment tonight.

"Okay," she said to herself, looking from her phone browser to the bottles of liquor behind her. "'How to Make A Black Martini.'"

Being a pony and all definitely required a little bit of some...refreshments. Or at least something to help Britta forget that she was a pony.

"So how is this supposed to work?" she asked, coming up to the bar. "Are we going to install a trough for the booze or something?"
