Okay, so here was the deal. Sparkle had never been camping in his life. Or, at least, he'd never been legitimately camping, with people all sitting around a campfire and singing songs and making s'mores and all of that crap. Squatting in whatever shelter he could find for himself between homes didn't really count, and it wasn't like Sparkle even knew how to properly set up a tent.

He'd let the girls he was stuck with worry about how to set it up, and if it wasn't ready to be lived in by the time he made it to the campground after his Demon Marcus shift, then maybe he'd offer a hand. If he felt like it. Or maybe he'd do more important things, like scope out unlocked doors in Fandom's more residential areas to see if he could sneak in and steal some shoelaces and a spoon or some stamps or something, just for kicks.

In the meantime, maybe he would check out the shoes they had in stock today, to see if there was anything that was better suited for wearing around the woods than the pretty high-heels that he'd put out on display that morning. Maybe something black, and appropriately stompy. Bonus points for extra buckles or maybe some spikes in the toe.
