El Burrito Loco, Sunday Evening
Yes, it had taken them months to get around to a trip out for dinner that had been proposed back when they'd first arrived in Fandom, but Ulrik and Sholeh were finally making it happen.
Their restaurant of choice? El Burrito Loco.
"I hope you're okay with spicy food," Ulrik said, after picking up one of the menus, "as it apparently features quite heavily on the menu."
[ooc: for the definitely-not-a-date dinner partner, but open for all your mexican food needs. I'D TOTALLY FORGOTTEN WE HAD A MEXICAN PLACE, NGL.]

"It is a little odd," Ulrik had to admit. "Especially considering the circumstances of my own world, which is an oddity to begin with."

"I think you've mentioned something about that?" Sholeh said, giving up on the menu entirely. She didn't understand what most of the foods listed even were; trying to remember what she'd eaten at the welcome picnic was very impossible.
"Because people came from far away and changed everything, right?"

She was interrupted by their waitress's arrival. Did they want drinks and appetizers? Sholeh ordered a soda, but then was stumped by the idea of an appetizer.
"Have you thought about what you want?" she asked Ulrik. "Do jalapeno poppers sound like things that would be good?"
