Lobster Hut, Sunday Evening
"I don't even like bloody seafood."
Sarah and her parents had been in Lobster Hut for barely five minutes: just long enough for them to have claimed their party's table, and for Barry to have started complaining. It made Sarah smirk. She wasn't sure how long she'd be able to hold on to her amusement, though. What with Guy's ex being on her way here, the tarty clothes may have been the wrong choice for this outing, as much as they had already made her father glare daggers at her.
"I'm sure there's something you'll like, Barry," Lynda tried to appease her husband, "you'll see, luv."
Sarah just gave that a snort.
[ooc: Sarah and her parents are here for the most disastrous dinner ever, but the post is open for your other Lobster Hut needs!]

"This is gonna be interesting," Guy muttered before turning toward his guests. "Last chance to make a run for it."

He threw Sarah a wink.
God, Kyle.

Bea wasn't that big a fan of shellfish.

While tugging on her shirt to make it less cleavagey. Yeah, this wasn't going to work.

In a Scottish accent.
Lynda looked just a little like she'd have wanted to facepalm if her sense of decorum hadn't prevented her from doing that.

Judging by the glaring Barry was doing, now more pointedly in Guy's direction, Sarah may have said some horrible things about Guy to him previously. It was still better than saying them here, right?

"A pleasure," he said, giving Barry a sidelong look. Hey, he'd been stared down by worse. Sinestro and all.
That crazy ass Superboy Prime.

Oh god, Kyle.

Sarah had... not had much team spirit.
no subject
She refrained from asking whether that had been nice, too.

Short a few members these days...

She halted, peering down at her hands. "It was always a good team."

Barry, helpfully, was still glaring at Guy with his arms folded.
no subject
"Right, we should probably order, then?"

He snuck a sympathetic look to Ice somewhere in the middle of that.

For the love of all that is holy, Barry, stop glaring.
