Laurie was actually doing work, sort of! At least, she was making lists of things of things she could come up with that the building needed on her laptop. And she'd sort of gotten bored with that like, ten minutes ago.

So it was maybe more accurate to say that while sipping her peppermint mocha, Laurie was working on Christmas shopping. It was hard enough to shop for Jules while competing with Ellie, but this year was so much harder because now she had to try and shop for people here, too.

And, well, knowing her friends here, that was pretty much impossible. Unless she got everyone like, vodka of the month! Always a fun option.
