Surreal had a book of seasonal spells out on the counter - an actual repository, not one of the cutesy ones that publishers put out for the 'New Age' types this time of year - and was using it to create new displays. Dried, ground, and fresh ivy and holly and other seasonal ingredients populated some of the shelves up front, while new candles and chalices went in the front window.

The Magic Box was open, but please don't taste-test the ingredients or Surreal will laugh before she calls the Clinic.
