Inks and Holes, Monday Evening

Now that he was no longer a goddamn rodent, Dean was getting around to keeping Sam on the straight and narrow. And not possessed. Not that it would stop the devil later on, but at least it would kick out any demons who got ideas.

"Hope you're not squeamish about this," Dean drawled, eyeing the girly-ass flowers and butterflies that were probably the bread and butter of the place with 'rebellious' teenage girls. "Hey, maybe we should see if they can do this on your lower back."

Look, Dean couldn't help but tease. It was an older brother 'I'm not thinking about the shitstorm of our lives' kind of thing.

Sam wasn't as squeamish about this as he was unsure that this was a good idea. Peter had said he should go for it but... well, Peter didn't always have the best judgement when it came to doing things for brothers. Or, you know, psuedo-brothers. "I'm pretty sure out of the two of us, I'm not the one deserving of a tramp stamp," he pointed out.

"With Dean, yeah. I talk to Dad every once in a while. I think he's still annoyed I went off to college," Sam said with a sigh. "I just don't know if I'm cut out for hunting." It was so much easier to keep his weird abilities under wraps if he pretended to be normal.
