The Gig, Saturday
It was Preakness Saturday, and Dani should have been at Pimlico watching the races. But the tickets were just a little bit out of her price range without some help from Daddy. And Dani was just a little too proud to go running to her father over something this minor.
So she did the next best thing: she brought a TV over to the stable so she could watch the race, and she made a call to her brother's bookie to place her bets.
The Gig was open, and Dani could always place a few more bets on behalf of any visitors.
