So, it had been a while since Sparkle was in and working a proper shift here, too. Stupid island. Stupid being a dog. He'd be bitter about it, but really, being a dog hadn't even been all that bad.

So, he was finally back to work at the clothing store, and there was plenty of work to catch up on, obviously, after his several-week absence.

Naturally he had his feet up on the counter and he was painting his nails.
