Luke's, Monday

Gert's birthday was coming up on Saturday, the same day as the picnic. Since sitting outside and getting eaten by mosquitos all day (and, possibly, seeing the newbies react to Jim in his boxers) didn't really sound like a thrilling birthday to her, she chose to begin Gertrude Yorkes' Birthday (Observed) today and maybe continue it over the course of the week as she saw fit. It wasn't like many people here were likely to know when her birthday was anyway.

Obviously, this had an effect on today's specials.
