The Perk | Thursday Morning
Well. Like goblin looking things wearing party hats is a new one, but if they weren't getting near his coffee then Isaac couldn't complain. His money situation was still non-existent but he found Stiles was more than willing to lend him some if he looked adorable and gave a vague threat. So thanks for the latte, Stilinski.
He picked a cake up from the chair he was planning to sit on. Huh. Free food.

So that might have explained the displeased air about her as she showed up at the Perk in the hopes of decent coffee. And the death glare she gave to the party hat wearing gremlin that tried dashing across the doorway when she was entering.
Of course that could have just been part of her natural Shadowhunter disdain for certain kinds of lifeforms. "Out of my way." Apparently the gremlin thought getting skewered on one of her heels would put a damper on its party mood, since it scurried away quickly.
... She was going to conjure up a less pissy expression on her face once she'd actually spot you, Isaac.

And there was that little smile. "Oh, hi."

Isabelle just smirked and rested her chin on her hand, showing off the eye-shaped rune on the back of her hand while she did so. Except she had no idea whether he could see it or not. Fandom was funny like that. "See, incentive enough to stick around. I'm sure it's just as nice without the blackmail."

That wasn't even a lie.
"But that's hardly an interesting spot for it."

Your average lady probably also didn't carve runes all over her body quite as often as she did, but that was neither here nor there.
