Today marked day two in Sparkle's battle against the metal rooster's tailfeathers, and he'd brought a multitude of adhesives in the hopes of finally having some luck. The duct tape did... okay. Except after a few minutes of the bird looking like it was wearing a space-age diaper, Sparkle went, "... No." Caulk versus cock didn't work terribly well, either.

After a few hours of wrestling with pretty much anything he could think of, Sparkle finally just sighed and gave up.

"I'll take you in to get that welded back on eventually, sure. Jerk."
