While Derek had managed to avoid the 'special snowflakes' as he came in today, Tiny was not so lucky.

Which would be why Tiny was singing Beyonce with the DJ.

No, Derek didn't want to think about it. Or look. Because there was only so much trauma a guy could take before two grown men doing the 'Single Ladies' dance sent you over the edge into a murder spree or something.

"You know you want a piece of Doom," Doom said after some hot, hot dance action. "But you will not get Doomed. Learn to live with the disappointment."

You know what? There was no good response to that. BECAUSE DOOMED.

"Get Doom something green and strong, like a Hulk," Doom ordered. "If you can take your eyes off of Doom, that is."

"Midori it is." And he could take his eyes off Doom. He could. He was just too worried for his own safety to do that.

Doom winked. "And make them play another song, OR THERE SHALL BE A RECKONING! SO SAYS DOOM!"

Derek spared a glance at the DJ and Tiny as he poured the drink. "I'll pass on that."

"Do not make Doom seduce you to get his way," Doom said. "You would never be able to resist, and Doom has no use for an admirer such as you beyond this musical request."

"...no." He would not be seduced, Doom.

Derek shoved the drink over like he was concerned for his safety.

"Then you'd better talk to them about the song," Doom said, taking the drink.

Nuh uh. Derek was just going to the other end of the bar now. To hide.

Manfully.

He hated this island so much.

"YOU WILL RUE THE DAY YOU CROSSED DOOM! AND YOU SHALL NEVER GET THIS FROM DOOM," Doom said before smacking his metal-clad ass.

Where you should put a ring on it.

You know who else hadn't avoided special snowflakes?

Doom.

As it turned out, he hadn't managed to create wards within his armor to protect himself from EVERY bit of magic Fandom could throw at him.

And that was why Doom was doing the Single Ladies dance on the dance floor. Admit it. It was hot.
