Mary returned late last night from an unplanned trip to Las Vegas to deal with Sam's latest crisis (she was nearly committed against her will after insisting that she was seeing her dead ex-husband all over the place – it turned out to be a scam artist wearing a mask).
But now she was back, and the first item she needed to tackle were the guest complaints about room 422 being too noisy. Mary couldn't figure out what the guest was talking about. She'd lived in that room without a problem when she first moved to the island. Besides, there was no one staying in the adjacent rooms to create any noise. But she went ahead and moved the guests to a different room and put the noise complaint out of her mind for now.
