Stiles had always felt at home in police stations. It was where he grew up after all. A lot of his childhood was spent playing with his toys on the floor of his dad's office, especially after his mom had gotten sick and the McCalls were either too busy working or too busy fighting to watch over him. So interning at a police (trooper) station now seemed inevitable. His dad was so proud when he told him about it.

This place was going to be less exciting than the Beacon Hills PD, that was for sure. But still, Stiles had a desk to sit at and he picked up on how to make coffee for everybody else pretty quickly. So all was well so far.
