Dean could handle a lot of weird shit happening in his life. You know, the normal sort. Demons, vampires, rugarus, the occasional Apocalypse attempt.

So, waking up with breasts and resembling his mom wasn't really on his to do list of weird ass shit.

That might be why he was glaring at the cooks in the back and grabbing food to eat his feelings on the matter away.

"I want all the ribs you've got," Kaidan muttered upon entry. He had a long, baggy sweatshirt on and pants and a coat and yet it still wasn't quite enough.

Dean had made due with a belt and his usual flannel layers. "You and me both, lady."

Kaidan paused. Squinted at him. "Huh?"

Give him a minute.

"Ribs?" You'd think the breasts were a hint on the lady comment.

"Wait," said Kaidan, as the quick and smart guy he was, "Was that a line?"

"Maybe," Dean replied with a little shrug.

Kaidan sighed. "Look, just get me some BBQ ribs," he said. "I'm a guy most of the time, y'know."

"Which one?"

"Commander Kaidan Alenko," Kaidan said.

Or started to say. He'd made a motion with his hand the rest of his system hadn't been expecting, which... considering the way his powers worked...

...sent several salt and pepper shakers floating. "Damn it!"

Which only got Dean to snicker at him like the great friend he was. "Hey, Kaidan. Not lookin' too bad."

"Thanks," Kaidan muttered, making another motion of his hand.

At least a couple of the shakers dropped.

"Sit your freaky ass down," Dean said, leaning toward the back to get that rib order started.

"I'm never going to get over this," Kaidan muttered, staring down at the barely-visible bumps of his... well, you know.

"At least you're still you." That whole reunion thing still gave him the skeevies.

Priestly . . . well. Priestly loved turning into a woman.

As evidenced perhaps by the fact that his whole outfit (yes, including cutesy animal hat) was already in his wardrobe, just waiting for the next weekend when he got to run around with girl parts and not get glared at for wearing excessive eyeliner.

"Hey man," he greeted cheerfully, figuring that checking in on -- and perhaps rubbing femaleness in at -- Dean today would be a good idea. "How's it hanging?"

"Non-existent," Dean shot back, looking at the outfit. "Less jiggly than I'd hoped."

"Dude. Are you ogling my boobs?" Priestly honestly wasn't sure. "Or are you commenting on your own?"

"Commenting on mine." Then he paused to give Priestly's a once over. "Not bad, though."

"Honey," Priestly said. "The word you're looking for is 'amazing'."

Priestly had way more self-confidence as a girl.

"Seen better." In dive bars, Dean?

"Seen a variety of others, maybe," Priestly said cheerfully. "Probably just as good. But not better."

"You're not my type, darling."

Dean had a type?

Priestly shrugged. "I am really okay with that."

MAYBE. SOMETIMES.

"This goes away, right?"

Priestly snorted. "When has stuff on this island ever been permanent?"

"Could be the first time." Knowing their luck? Yeah.

"I've been turning into a girl since I was sixteen, dude," Priestly pointed out. "You just rock a bra for a couple days, maybe create yourself a whole girl persona, and then you're back to normal in a couple days."

Again, that middle one might only be Priestly. What could he say? He enjoyed being an Audrey for a few days out of the year.

"I'm not buying a bra for two days."

He'll change his mind should running happen at any point.

"Yeah, get back to me on that when you have to quickly go down stairs."

"I'll take my time." He tugged on the shirts he was wearing. "Wouldn't mind better fitting pants."

His gun was so not staying where it should.

Priestly gave him a once over. "Can't help with pants," he said thoughtfully. "But I have a wrap skirt that would look pretty good on you."

"Do I look like a skirt girl?"

Priestly put up his hands. "My policy is to never assume."

"Yeah yeah," Dean waved him off. "I'm not about to shave my legs for that crap."

"You know that's not actually required, right?"

"...it's not?"

"Not even a little." Priestly looked Dean over again. "Have you ever actually tried wearing a skirt? Because you don't actually know if you're into it until you do."

"Seems a little breezy."

Meaning his fragile masculinity refused.

"Breezy can be good."

"I still think I'll pass." For now. "How is everyone taking this so well?"

"Well, a) this happens fairly regularly, so those of us who've been around awhile just kinda learn to roll with it. And b) come on, dude, as far as Fandom goes? This is pretty tame."

Mmmm. Food.
