The Boards, Sunday
As much as he wanted to stay in his coffin and not even THINK about what was happening to him, Drac was a bit too much of a control freak to allow the Boards to go untended. Who knew WHAT would happen if he wasn't there!
So he'd gathered up his things and changed into a bat (A LADY BAT, TOO? WAS NOTHING SACRED??) and made his way as stealthily as he could to the theatre.
He was now holed up in his office making final arrangements for the play he would HOPEFULLY be announcing and holding auditions for soon.
Once he was his normal self again, of course.
[open and OCD freeeeeeeee]

Oh, sweet 117-year-old summer child.
"Dad?" she said, poking her head around the door. "Want some doughnuts and Tru Bl---" Um.
"Um. Hi?"
Not Dad. Very not Dad.

"...Dad?" It was different this time. There were italics.
Also it was in Romanian.

He dropped his head in his hands. "I believe this is the island's responsibility." And hopefully it wouldn't last as long as she'd been a wolf.

Good show, deciding to suck it up and make his way to the Boards to talk to Drac this weekend. Not that he'd noticed anything was the matter. He'd been left blissfully untouched this weekend.
//Knock knock?//

"No one is home?" (S)he tried.
Why was her voice so... sultry?

He really had no intention of doing so. He'd finally worked up the nerve, here. Finally!
//If that's actually you in there, it's nothing I haven't been through, myself. Just one more of the island's more charming little quirks.//

Drac was NOT standing up, sorry. She was grumpy.
"Have you had THIS happen?" He's lost things he's had for hundred of years!
no subject
Seriously. Not.
//I was fairly svelte, though. Still blue. Didn't make it look half as good as you are, mate.//
He was still a bit of an ass. Nothing would ever change that.

He sighed. "Tell me this is one of the short duration changes, please? And not like the week my Mavis turned into a wolf."

He came into the Boards and knocked at the office door. "Count?"
no subject
"At least I have retained that, yes. Come in." The voice was sultry and sulky at the same time, because Drac had skillz.

"Doctor?!" Drac sat back, shocked. "I never would have guessed!"
