The Park, mid-morning Tuesday

"AUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGH--"

Someone fuzzy, blue and adorable was coming in for a landing.

...well, a crash. He popped up a few feet away from the crater Belthazor had left in the park almost a decade earlier, adjusted his Centurion helmet so that he could see and prepared his morning apology for Maximus Decimus Meridius...who for once was not cursing and brushing dirt off of his uniform.

Super Grover 2.0 frowned and looked around. "This is a long, long way way from ancient Rome," he concluded. "It is probably also a long, long way from Sesame Street!"

He had a habit of not really thinking inside his own head. Sorry, folks.

He paced around a bit. "Where am I?"

Because every Muppet needed a straight man, Mike had been sitting on a bench and reading the paper.

...And watching the park for anything suspicious. It seemed to be the center of activity for parallel-universe-related shenanigans, like the children that had showed up a little while back.

He brushed the dirt off of his face and glared at the fuzzy blue... thing... over the top of his newspaper. "You're in the park," he answered dryly.

Mike folded his paper neatly. "No, I'm not in a skirt. Like you said, you're a long way from ancient Rome."

Mike sighed. "Good for you. Wanna elaborate on how you've shown up? If you were in ancient Rome a moment ago, that's a problem."

"And now here you are," Mike repeated. "So you're as clueless as the rest of us?"
