Jack was in early today. He'd have to leave before sundown to beat the moon, and there were still tax forms to file. (Maintaining a bar on an interdimensional nexus took a surprising amount of paperwork. The employee forms alone took days.)
He decided to take a break when he realized he was physically growling at the data entry form and Tiny was backing slowly away from him.
