"Good evening, everybody." Hannibal nodded to them. "While this is the week of final exams at the school, I didn't think we needed one per se in this class. Instead, I would like to have us talk." He spread his hands. "Speak about whatever you like. Ask if you need any further vocabulary." He smiled. "And ačiū, for joining me for this class."

Jono looked faintly relieved that there wasn't going to be a final, per se. It hadn't exactly been a good semester for studying.

That said, he wanted to think he'd picked up enough Lithuanian to at least find his way around, if he were to suddenly find himself dropped off in a busy Lithuanian street or something. Which, between here and his own world, really wasn't a stretch.

Once again, the food was: Poppyseed spurgos garnished with lemon cream, crème fraîche sorbet, and candied blueberries, cepelinai with cheese curd or meat filling, krupnikas, and excellent coffee.
