Ah, Saturday. Nikolai's favorite day of the week, if only because it was the one day that he could make money without having to negotiate with Hollywood divas over the phone, or mug the muggers in the alleyways in Baltimore.
Of course, it was also that one day of the week where he could take some quality time out to just hang around in the kitchen doorway and be a pain in the ass.
"Too much salt, Gunther. We're not aiming to pickle our guests, you know. Oh, come on, now you've got too much pepper. Oh, come on, basil's not even that aerodynamic!"
It was the little things that made his days better. The little things.
