It was a quiet day at the gym for Flash. It was a noisy day for everyone else because there was some serious jazzercising going on, but he had an alien symbiote that could become great earplugs. He was also relying on it to alert him if anyone approached so he could help them. In general, it was probably more casual symbiote usage than he should normally participate in, but you didn't hear the loudness or crappiness of the music in question.

Anyway, the gym was open!
