When Bay got to work, the freezer door was cracked open. She pushed on it but it didn't close, so she decided to leave it. Every so often for the rest of the day, a handful of crushed ice would tumble out of the opening.

This lead to the inevitable kitchen snowball fights, and to drawings of snowflakes on the day's menu board.
