Hatter had spent the majority of the weekend off the island. It'd been far too long since he'd been in a new place with the ability to explore. Wonderland was vast but after the Queen had taken over, you couldn't travel too far nor too freely without arousing suspicion. Here was very different. He'd walked from the island across the causeway and he'd just kept on walking until it'd gotten too hot to keep going. He'd ended up in a rather large city, which suited him, fine. He'd done some shopping, some mingling and some very subtle gaping at the wonders of the oyster world.

He'd also purchased (with the help of a lovely sales associate by the name of Jody) a phone that was said to he the cutting edge. It looked rather sleek and after a few demonstrations by Jody, he'd been sold and passed over his money. Of course, once he'd left Jody and the store, he was on his own but he was smart, he'd figure it out.

Which is what he was spending today trying to do.
