Mooby Land, Sunday night

It had been a busy night of training and all that, and now Spider-Woman really just needed something to eat. And a quiet place to sketch. Going back to New York soon, she wanted to make some changes. Maybe her name. Definitely her costume. After this long, she was still wearing the costume Roxxon gave her. It was time to change things up.

While she waited for her Mooby Meal, she grabbed a pen and some napkins and started sketching out some ideas. Maybe a new mask could have an open mouth so she wouldn't have to roll the stupid thing up to take a drink anymore. Maybe. She had some time to come up with something definitive.

This was not exactly somewhere Sia ever went to, but when she spotted Jessica through the window, she had to stop in.

"This isn't something I would have expected to see," she said.

"Who has time to change after a workout?" Spider-Woman asked. "Answer: not me."

"But you have time for Mooby Land?"

Sometimes it's just funny to know a princess is saying words like that.

"I skipped work and have been working out for hours," Spider-Woman said. "Empty calories aren't just needed, they've been earned."

"I can accept that," Sia said, taking a seat. "What are you working on?"

"I'm thinking of changing the look a bit when I'm back in New York," Jessica said, passing over the napkins. The sketches were very crude, showing a few different masks, all of them maintaining the big eye thing. "So I'm doing some brainstorming."

"What brought this on?" Sia wondered, looking over the drawings. "These aren't bad."

"I've been thinking about it for a while," Spider-Woman said. "Taking down Roxxon was kind of a superhero bat mitzvah for me. I'm an adult now, I'm more my own person than I was when I first wore this costume... It feels kind of like it's time to take that next step and show off who I am now."

"Sounds like a good reason," Sia said. "Is there any look you're leaning towards?"

"Nothing specific yet," Spider-Woman said. "I'm sticking with the spider-theme because that's mine. But beyond that, I'm open to just about anything."

"Do you make these costumes on your own?" Sia wondered. She'd somehow never put too much thought into superheroics.

"Nope. That's the benefit of doing this professionally," Spider-Woman said with a smirk. "There's actually a costume department of SHIELD. A whole department! Granted, they do work on a ton of them."

"And they'll make anything you come up with?" She had to have the same uniform as everyone else back home, she thought this was interesting.

"Pretty much!" Spider-Woman said. "I know at least one of the agents in costuming will complain. Every time I need a replacement, all he can do is talk about how 'iconic' this look is."

"Well, I suppose that's a compliment," Sia said. "Is it actually iconic?"

"I'm not sure I even know what that means in a costume," Spider-Woman said. "It definitely has a giant spider on it, so I guess that's close enough."
