Luke's, Thursday Afternoon

The last thing Hardison wanted was another fight with a tentacle monster, so as soon as he was done with radio, he headed for Luke's and bullied the busboy and the dishwasher to go into the freezer and check it over for monsters, demons, or anything else that seemed likely to want to devour their bodies and/or souls. Neither of them were very keen on being 'ambulatory bait', as the busboy called them, but Hardison threatened to publish the browser history on all of their electronic devices unless they went in and searched.

They were in there for hours, but eventually they returned wearing a bunch of crude amber jewelry and carrying yet more fish. They said they didn't find any tentacle monsters, but that they'd been granted full plenipotentiary powers by the polar bear tribes for all future negotiations.
