The Preserve | Tuesday Afternoon
These woods had been his home for about seven days now. The bad thing was that it was freaking hot here. Every single morning Bellamy woke up, his hair was matted to his head and his clothes were damp with sweat and clinging to him. The good thing was that Bellamy was used to this sort of thing. He'd survived in worse conditions.
And it wasn't like he had anywhere else to go. He had a job but he hadn't done any work there yet. Money was going to be an issue for awhile. But, no one had bothered him and he'd been free to stalk around to find a way home.
He'd failed at finding anything worthwhile. The only thing he'd accomplished was to find some water to wash his shirt and jacket with. Those were currently hanging across a branch, drying. Bellamy was sitting against tree, meticulously cleaning his gun.
He still didn't trust almost anyone on this damn island so he wasn't going to be giving up his gun. He'd put that down when he found Octavia.
[ Shirtless dude in the woods. Open, ofc ]

She did not enjoy the view. At all.
"So you're still here."

"C'mon, what could I possibly do on this island?" he asked, looking around. "Everyone's as straitlaced as you are."

"Sorry, I don't think I heard you correctly there," he said. Everyone save for Clarke and York had been all about trying to talk down to him. Her words were surprising.

It was possible she had a different definition on that last one than most; ken Selvren lands hit much more extreme temperatures than most current-day Earth places. Heat just meant she could wear less and would get more
