Kenzi was poking bagels and cream cheese through the ceiling vent. At the look one of the newer busboys gave her, she also added some lox, glaring at him.

"It's Yom Kippur, it's traditional."

"To feed the vent?"

No idea if Kenzi is Jewish or not. Or if one of her mom's boyfriends was? Either way, all mention of the Day of Atonement is made with respect for something that cool. Let me know if I'm wrong about something.
