Cosima hadn't exactly mastered the art of cheating at cards after one afternoon with Ada, but she was definitely intrigued. She brought a deck of cards to work with her and spent much of the day practicing her shuffles.
After a couple of attempts that mainly led to cards scattered all over the floor, she started to get a sense for the rhythm of it.
