Luke's, Monday
"Stop messin' with my specials board, man!"
Unsurprisingly to anyone who'd seen the two of them interact before, Eliot and the busboy were Having Words.
"You have to be more specific!"
"I don't have to do anything! That's what the dish is called!"
"But people will get confused!" the busboy insisted. "Then they'll yell at the waitstaff and throw things!" He lowered his voice. "People take their potatoes extremely seriously."
Eliot sighed. "Anyone throws anything at my staff and I'll drag their asses out of here by their hair."
The busboy's lower lip wobbled, and before Eliot could figure out why, he was being very firmly hugged. "You do love us," the busboy sniffed.
Today's specials
Fish and chips
British chips. We mean big chunky french fries
Or regular chips we have thosetwo too
Mushy peas
Bread pudding
"If you don't let go of me, I'm going to drag you out of here by your hair," Eliot said.
"Mmhm," the busboy said happily. And continued to hug him.
Luke's was open.

Re: Talk to Eliot
He'd literally just promised to defend him. His own threats were rather undermined at the moment.

After all, the kitchen staff had already seen which of them would win in a fight!
"Thank you," Eliot grumbled, straightening his shirt. "Startin' to think I need to post a rule against hugging around here."

Re: Talk to Eliot
If he couldn't get the busboy to stop hugging him, he definitely wasn't going to manage it with Hardison.
RE: Re: Talk to Eliot
Hardison just snuggled closer, rubbing his face on Eliot's shoulder like a cat. "Nuzzle nuzzle," he said, trying not to laugh out loud.
Look, he'd managed to cuddle and annoy Eliot at the same time. Banner day!
Re: Talk to Eliot
"Seriously?" It was barely even a question. Eliot was resigned to all the things.
Maybe he could blame it all on a Fandom thing?

So, no. No forking. The staff would pout when Eliot picked Parker over them.
Re: Talk to Eliot
Parker grumbled and said, "I could tell them it's not. And illustrate it. Do some knife-throwing." She leaned into Eliot and glared toward the kitchen. "Also, I am trying to train them on Fridays now."
Train them to fear her, yup.

That happened, and there'd be taser-victims everywhere.

Initiative, people! Observation! You all needed it! Also: "Maybe I'll call Sophie for tips on bossing people without looking like it."

Amy would tell them they would, but also add something about 'it'll take a while.'
