It had been a few weeks since Anders made it to work for a full shift, and the recent turmoil in his romantic life made him feel like it had been even longer than it really was. He was almost surprised to see the shop hadn't changed since last time he was in -- even the mug he'd left in the sink to wash later was the same.

So washing the mug before it attained sentience was his first task. After that, he'd unpack some of the new boxes of herbs and trinkets and maybe even get around to sweeping. Maker knew the place could use it.
