Some days, Sparkle actually arrived at work and then proceeded to work hard.
"I'm burning through the sky yeah!"
Some days he came in, saw that there was a shipment that needed to be put on the racks, and he got right into it.
"Two hundred degrees, that's why they call me Mister Fahrenheit!"
Some days he swept and dusted and tidied, and went around the store making sure everything was properly folded and in the right place.
"I'm trav'ling at the speed of light! I wanna make a supersonic man out of you!
Today was not that day. Today Sparkle had found a feather boa and a pair of new jeans he liked, and Sparkle was strutting around the store, singing.
"Don't stop me now!"
But at least he was having a good time.
